Secondly, the CEOs of Sainsbury’s and many other supermarkets have shared their specific programs for supporting our elderly communities through specific opening hours and online shopping support via personalised EDMs and PR.

Sadly, Disney On Ice sent me and my 3 year old niece tickets just 2 days ago with zero information about what would happen if the show was cancelled. So, annoyingly I now have to spend ages on hold waiting for someone in customer service to be able to answer my questions. Anyone else out there had good or bad experiences from their favourite stores, or brands?
